1. Manage leasing activity along with malls and make recommendations for specials, Promotions that may be needed to generate leasing activity..
2. Monitor contracts closely for compliance and cost control.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all property management documents (Bylaws and Declarations, Rules and Regulations, certificates of insurance, vendor contracts) and operate the properties in accordance with these documents.
4. Review leases for compliance, notification updates, renewals, statements and insurance compliance.
5. Experience in budget preparation and variance reporting
6. Provide prompt, detailed and accurate general status reports on all properties assigned.
7. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned that include assistance with general property management issues and policies including small administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
8. Handle emergency issues after hours associated with properties or as needed.
