Contract Engineer - IMCO Engineering & Construction Company

1. Assistance for Administration of Contracts /Subcontrcats/ Service Orders from award till final Closure.
2. Review impacts/ Provision of contractual comments/ clarifications on clients issued contract/ Subcontract.
3. Preparation/ checking of draft applications for Contracts Deliverables bonds & Insurance and monitoring validity/ renewals and contract/ subcontract expiry
4. Monitor execution of on-going projects for contractual conformance till Final Acceptance viz. progrees schedule/ quatity survey/ measurements, analysis and evaluations, payment terms, methods & certification, variations/ changes/ claims adjustments, preparation of variation/ change order request submittals in conformity with contractual provisions and follow up.
5. Preparation/ drafting of contractual letters/ submittal in coordination with the project team.
6. preparation of draft service orders/ subcontracts to service providers, ammendement/ adjustment orders and processing resolution of claim submittals, in coordination with the project team.
7. Check and process invoicing submittals to clients, final contract close-out account statement, disclaimer/ affidavits and certificate of completion.
8. Check certification of invoices and support documents from subcontractor/ service provider, for payment release.
9. Assistance in commercial performance assessment/ evaluation of contracts/ subcontractor, claims & dispute resolutions.
10. Preparation of contract performance Tracking, update/ feedback and Reports/ Records/ Registers.
