The coder/puncher purpose is translating the audit data in the manual environment from paper questionnaires to Nielsen software to facilities the loading and the inspection of the data to ensure error free raw data delivery.
Major/Key Accountabilities:
The Coder/Puncher associate responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Receive paper questionnaires and ensure daily update of field tracker/record to maintain good flow of data input from DA team.
· Use online coding and/ or TCP to create Nielsen code for new products appear in the paper questionnaires as per Nielsen standards, and be able to achieve the targeted number of lines daily/monthly and constantly
· Punching data correctly as per DA input and ensure numbers are entered accurately in the punching program. And constantly achieve productive target for the number of lines punched daily, monthly.
· Must be a team player working closely with IV Enablement and Execution teams, Reference Data, Data Acquisition
· Drives establishment of SLAs with DA/ RD to assure high data quality received and delivered in and out of IV.
· Responsible for improvement of the quality of the data receiving from DA, including:
o Bad Hand writing
o Missing attributes
o By maintain feedback and report back to team lead and DA lead.
· Contribute and participate in any special projects assigned to IV RMS team and assigned activity given by IV team lead.
