1-Meeting, greeting and welcoming visitors;
2-Handling incoming phone calls, and redirecting as necessary;
3-Maintain Weekly Meeting Schedules, coordinate meetings;
4-Order and provide stationary;
5-Coordinate with client offices for maintenance services within the building;
6-Coordinate Conference Room Reservations
7-Mainly secretarial support provided for typing of memos, letters, reports, presentations, specifications & criteria for feed packages as required;
8-Network with other office Administrators in order to strengthen relationships to assure consistency in practices and coverage during absence;
9-General office duties including faxing, opening of departmental mail, setting up and maintaining departmental files;
10-Scanning / copying documents for various departments when necessary;
11-Undertakes other duties as assigned by supervisor
