- Analyzing, estimating, monitoring and reviewing costs and calculations of projects materials for tenders;
- Following-up the tenders and execution phases and preparing regular cost control reports, complete contracts documents, evaluations reports, cost estimates, analysis of costs, requests for alternative substitutions, comparison sheets;
- Checking monthly payments and timely deliverables;
- Possessing excellent communication and organizational skills;
