- Present & sell company products & services to current and potential clients.
- Manage Account Services through Quality Checks and Other follow up.
- Communicate new product & service opportunities, Special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to reporting manager.
- Develop & implement special Sales activities ( Promotions, Clearances, Marketing support )
- Keep customer databases up to date with Simba products and stock levels
- Understanding of Current Product knowledge of Company brands & products.
- Approve all incoming LPOs before processing
- Coordinate with the customers, especially Department Markets
- Arrange promotions as per the promotion plan (and others as per management decision)
- Pre-approve returns from customers
- Coordinate In-Store Merchandisers and Sales Representatives
- Provide on-the job Training to New sales employees.(Coordinators/Merchandisers)
- Follow up for Collection of Payment/Cheques.
