Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive successfully plans, develops, and manages integrated marketing campaigns for multiple congruently running businesses under British International.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including internal & customers, colleagues, partner organisations, and government ministries
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, internet, specialist publications - or on the radio, locally and/or regionally, all depending on the project
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, pod-casts, and DVDs, etc.
• Writing and proofreading copy; promoting company news to media outlets
• Liaising with designers, printers, photographers, and other marketing support services
• Arranging and managing the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Maintaining and updating databases of competitors, customers and any potential customers
• Organising and/or attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• Conducting in-depth market research not limited to customer questionnaires and focus groups
• Developing and evaluating marketing plans and strategies; managing marketing budgets
• Actively monitoring and reporting on competitor activities
