Recruitment Officer - The English Playgroup & Primary Schools

Job Purpose
Support delivery of EPG people strategy through development and delivery of external operational and administration recruitment and internal EPG recruitment.

Context
EPG is a fast growing and successful group of 9 Early Years branches and 2 schools. The HR department is modernising and diversifying to support EPG’s organisational strategy and objectives. EPG is looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to develop and deliver academic, administrative and operational recruitment streams to support current organisational needs and planned expansion. And develop and deliver EPG’s internal recruitment policies and processes (promotions, transfers and managed moves).


Job responsibilities
• Assist in developing EPG strategic workforce planning and recruitment requirements in conjunction with HR senior team and academic, administrative and operational managers.

• Develop and deliver sustainable external recruitment campaigns for academic, administration and operational staff based on EPG workforce plan. Responsible for shaping recruitment approaches using up-to-date knowledge of recruitment market and trends. Responsible for developing best practice, efficient recruitment policy and processes.

• Delivery of end to end external recruitment campaigns from candidate search to CV sifting, background and reference checking, checking eligibility criteria based on Kuwait labour law, conducting and coordinating interviews with business stakeholders, assessing candidate suitability, managing offers and appointment of new staff including associated paperwork.

• Develop and implement end to end best practice internal recruitment policies and processes for all EPG job families - academic, administrative and operations. Responsible for administering all internal staff moves including advertising, CV sifting, conducting and coordinating interviews with business managers, assessing candidate suitability and overseeing staff appointments.

• Monitoring and reporting of recruitment related KPIs.
