Business Development Manager - S.O.S. HR Solutions

The Purpose:
- Achieve and sustain the brands’ strong and competitive market position and financial growth by: Locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Maintain brands integrity and image by: Ensuring that all business activities adhere to the brands message, vision, and guidelines
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose in order to continually enhance the brands’ performance.
The Duties:
- Implement complete strategic planning for the brands assets and resources and developing the pipeline of all business opportunities of the brand.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales such as Identifying and locating the appropriate locations for brand displays and sale points.
- Initiating contact with the right channels and building persuasive approaches and pitches for potential partners.
- Developing and negotiating contracts and ensuring deals are closed in timely manners; and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, business owners.
- Research and monitor market trends and trendsetters by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments to the industry and using this knowledge provide feedback and information on market and creative trends and to better develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Must personally visit and monitor brand displays at all locations and frequently evaluate brand performance and take the necessary actions to uphold brand standards.

- Determining the brands prospective clients and developing the plan and method to reach them, establish rapport to ensure long-term client relationships and work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Ensuring the achievement of set financial and growth plans on timely basis.
- Working closely with senior management, brand management, and marketing department to develop the best media strategy for the brand and guaranteeing that all prerequisites for media campaigning are met.
- Able to effectively manage others, set priorities, timelines and delegate activities to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light, and present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
- Submit Monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
