To provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations in procuring NOC’s, residence permits, Civil ID’s for the employees, Visit Visas for company visitors, and commercial and trading licenses for the company.
Completes the required procedures for obtaining, renewing & transferring residencies for expatriate employees, visit visas to Kuwait, and governmental approvals for work & stay in Kuwait.
Registers employees and updates corporate data with Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor, in addition to advising the management on the company’s employment status.
Completes all procedures for obtaining and renewing various licenses for the company.
Deals with the concerned embassies in Kuwait and to complete the required formalities for obtaining appropriate commercial visas for the staff who are assigned to travel abroad.
Completes procedures for issuance of permits for the company from:
*Ministry of Commerce and Industry
*Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry
*Public Institution for Social Security
*Public Authority for Civil Information
*Kuwait General Administration of Customs.
Handles movement of employee passports, Civil ID’s, work permits and other necessary documents.
Arranges hotel reservations for the company’s visitors.
Supervises the team of Representatives and organizes their work.
Handles petty cash for the section.
Updates the management on the changing governmental rules and procedures that are relevant to the company’s business.
Assists in any other duties assigned by the Line Manager as and when required.
