Capable of accomplishing project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. To ensure that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget
Key Accountabilities:
•Perform Project Management tasks working with specific business units as the first point of contact, coordinating project activities for cross-functional teams
•Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
•Develop cost effective plan & schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilisation of resources
•Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
•Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
•Manage Project budget
•Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
•Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
•Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
•Accurately track and report project task, activity, documentation, and time tracking.
•Act as change agent / champion; specifically but not limited to SAP Implementation and Induction
•Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
