o Work with service teams, delivery partners and clients to establish credibility and capability to configure, deploy and operate Cisco technologies to be supported by world class technical and professional services.
o Assist in troubleshooting, case creation, case escalation, and case resolution
o Work closely with engineering and service teams to build unique technical skills and best practices to optimize the use of Cisco technology
o Able to discuss technical best practices, concepts, and technologies
o Supports and conceives new service opportunities that exceed those currently offered by other providers.
o Participates in developing the strategy and initiatives for the services team and assists with driving development and execution.
o Assist the team in the prioritization and development of key activities, tools to use and technical implementation programs.
o Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
