Maintenance Supervisor - KUWAITI DANISH DAIRY COMPANY (KCSC)

Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Co. is one of the leading producers of quality food products in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries.

We are seeking for a Maintenance Supervisor for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.

In addition to it his/her responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance procedures and assist the immediate manager.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervises technicians and Operators and assigns the work to maintenance employees.
- Inspects work for completeness.
- Trouble shoots any issues in the plant.
- Develops or modifies drawings for new and existing plants in the factory
- Assists in providing information or data to management for timely decision making.
- Coordinate with stores to maintain the inventory of tools required.
- Coordinates or installs, inspects repairs and maintains the electrical, mechanical and other related systems.
- Effectively present information and responds to queries from managers.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate, discuss and negotiate with all levels of technical & professional staff within or outside the department.
- Evaluate each worker's performance to ensure quality operations.
- Investigate accidents and prepare relevant reports.
