• Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• Responsible for sales of Human Resources Information system (HRIS) and IT systems in the region.
• Maintain and developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• Perform cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• Gather market and customer information;
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• Challenge any objections with a view with customers
• Advise on products and discussing special promotions;
• Create detailed proposal documents, that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
• Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
• Make accurate, cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• Feed future buying trends back to employers;
