-Design and coordinate all types of events
-Conceptualize design and vision of event
-Create color-scheme
-Assist with selecting venue and caterers
-Assist in selection of light sound and entertainment vendors
-Source materials & supplies for decor plan
-Develop party/reception layout and floor plan
-Oversee placement and manage all decor elements on the day-of event
-Graphic design needs (invitations, menu cards, packaging, and all print needs)
- Overseeing and directing all aspects of a scenic decor project's planning, production and design - from conception, proposal creation and budgeting through project pre-production, installation and completion
- High-end designer for buffets and events halls
- Innovation thinker and creativity ability.
- He/She will be reporting directly to General Manager
