Sales Executive/Engineer - Career Hunters

-Act as a prime mover for the sales and marketing activities in the company’s objective to establish itself as the leading provider of value-added Training & Consultancy (TCS) and Location based (LBS) Services in Kuwait and in the region.
-Plan, implement and manage Sales and Marketing activities in order to meet company targets for business, growth and profitability

Sales:
-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and / or emails and retain them.
-Arrange meetings with potential customers to have at least 2 sales leads per week in TCS and LBS
-There should be at least 1 (One) sales Lead conversion to prospects per week
-There should be at least 1 proposal signed off (Deal Closure with PO) per week in TCS and LBS
-There should be sales for the mix of Products & Services introduced by the company (TCS & LBS)
-The sales should be as per the price list of the company
-Presentations and Demonstrations for prospects if required

Marketing:
-Gathering of market and customer information as per the company directions; . the submission of the competitor details (1 per week) as required by the management
-Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and client demonstrations
-Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and their requirements for the accurate service delivery
-Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
-Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and ethics.
