1. Achieve the sales targets and objectives.
2. Set sales plans and develop new tactics to improve the sales to achieve the sales targets.
3. Maintain and Manage the existing business relationships with the customers.
4. Create new networks and business relationships with new customers.
5. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
6. Arrange the daily visits schedule of the sales team.
7. Approve all contracts and related forms signed by sales team.
8. Interview and hire new salesmen.
