Recruitment Manager - M.H. Alshaya Co.

The Role:

The Recruitment Manager plans, designs, implements, manages and analyses appropriate integrated recruitment campaigns to deliver quality recruitment results to internal customers within service level agreements and budgets. You will manage a team of recruiters ensuring best practice recruitment activity is delivered consistently and that both hiring managers and candidates receive a first class recruitment experience.

Qualifications:
- University degree- At least 7 years' recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house setting- Leadership and line management of recruitment staff- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capability, able to challenge and influence- Deep knowledge of recruitment best practice able to create, implement and manage recruitment programs.
