Senior Quality Assurance Officer - Career Hunters

-Contribute to the development and implementation of plans for conducting rigorous diagnostic analysis on effectiveness of teaching methods, students’ learning outcomes, and curriculums using different types in-class and out-of-class assessment data.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of plans for assessing the performance of institutional administrative processes, programs, and personnel using a multitude of methods and approaches.
-Participate in the identification of bottlenecks, mapping, streamlining, re-structuring of processes as needed.
-Perform QA audits, and facilitate the implementation of QA standards to assure successful accreditation.
-Audit, draft, and QA the institutional policies and procedures.
-Assist and train stakeholders develop and implement their specific assessment plans.
-Contribute to drafting and delivering of reports and presentations for leadership and different stakeholders.
-Perform literature searches, summaries, and reviews in support of the Institutional Effectiveness.
-Build strong relationships with the stakeholders of the different departments to promote continuous assessment and quality improvement, and continually refine analytics of work processes -- creating a deeper understanding of districts, education policy and statistical analysis, helping to locate available source data, evaluating source quality, making recommendations regarding fitness for use; assembling, cleaning, managing and analyzing large longitudinal data sets derived from multiple sources; identifying outliners and inconsistencies that require attention prior to analysis and identifying and resolving methodological challenges.
