Senior/Expert Civil Work Quantity Surveyor

Key task of the Surveyor is must to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. And mentoring below tasks:

1- undertaking costs analysis for CW Projects

2- assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;

3- performing risk and value management and cost control;

4- advising on procurement strategy;

5- identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;

6- preparing and analyzing costings for tenders;

7- Negotiating and allocating work to subcontractors;

8- understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
