A leading Restaurant Company based in Kuwait and with operations all over Middle East is looking to recruit for an Accommodations Manager to work in Kuwait. Responsible for the overall staff accommodations. Constantly monitors the staff accommodations for safety, cleanliness and optimum usage of the facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directly supervises all the staff accommodations
• Assists the Operations to ensure all employees are provided with clean accommodation as per their grades
• Assumes responsibility for the entire staff buildings and company equipments provided to the staff
• Ensures that the staff maintain their accommodations
• Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the staff buildings
• Prepares reports of the movement of staff - incoming and outgoing
• Attends day to day problems and needs concerning staff accommodation and transport
• Regular inspection of the staff accommodation to ensure safety and hygiene standards
• Planning the availability of accommodation for new staff by working closely with the HR Department
• Ensure that all new staff are fully aware of the policies and procedures
