1. Guide the stuff in the office in executing their respective responsibilities toward the achievement of the office goals & objectives as well.
2. Establish the performance plan for direct subordinates.
3. Participate in the identification of training & development initiatives for all employees withing the office of the DG.
4. Drive the engagement & satisfaction of all employees within the office of the DG through holding periodic meeting to discuss the achievements & address any employee issues and / or concern.
