Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the development, supervision and coordination of all sales and marketing activities for the assigned markets as well as establishment of plans and strategies to expand the customer base, in line with the overall business goals while ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• To monitor market trends, execute plans to drive sales performance and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• To initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
• To oversee the development and deployment of the organization’s marketing plans as needed.
• To provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on the Company’s products and services, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
• To develop and implement an integrated brand image and message throughout all advertising, packaging and promotional efforts.
• To review and analyze sales performances against business plans to determine effectiveness of programs.
• To prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• To support the product development process, identifying new consumer insights, creating product positioning, assessing market potential, and partnering with other functional areas to quickly bring viable new products to market.
• Attending shows, preparing for presentations in various business settings.
• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
• Consistently exceed quarterly quotas.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented.
To perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective management of the company.
