-Performs duties to include acquisition, development and management, and exit of real estate throughout the MENA region and development and management of real estate products
-Deal sourcing new opportunities to invest in accordance with department forward looking operational strategy.
-Assisting in launching new products.
-Manage real estate investments, from initiation through due diligence, acquisition, execution of investment and reporting, to exit and distribution of proceeds and closing assessment report
-Identify investment opportunities, evaluate investment risks and returns and perform complete due diligence up to the closing.
