Responsibilities:
• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Department (s).
• Administer correspondences and provide word-processing and secretarial support.
• Maintain and manage general filing and Archiving system.
• Make travel arrangements for Employee and guests, whenever required (E.g. air travel bookings, visas, hotel reservations, transportations etc.)
• Perform other secretarial duties (manage calls, make photocopies, translate documents,
etc.)
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
• Direct the Guest/Delegates to the appropriate Head/Manager.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls.
• Make preparations for Board and Management Meetings.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
