1- Organize and build effective merchandising self-capabilities that deliver the set targets and objectives.
2- Communicate and train customers to effectively and successfully implement the brands strategy.
3- Motivate all stake holders and develop required relationship to effectively and actively work to achieve the objectives.
4- Attend and participate on daily and monthly reviews of business objectives. Operational:
5- Achieve business brand merchandising standard as per KPIs.
6-Implement trade visibility and display Planograms as per brand strategy.
7- Ensure that retail selling price is in line with company direction, report any deviation to UM. / Supervisor.
8-Manage and report trade inventory status, apply FIFO at customer warehouse and shelf stocks.
9-Report channel stock and item shelves life along with sell out performance on monthly basis.
10- Maintain close and professional productive business relationship with all trade and customers.
11- Update customer shelf boys on product knowledge, Features
12- Manage inventory as per company policy and KPIs. Cultural:
13- Respect & implement company bylaws, policies and procedures
14-Effectively communicate and implement group, Vision, Mission, Strategy, Values and Culture.
15- Maintain professional and productive business relationship with all suppliers and clients.
