Ensure error free data is updated on social media platforms in order to develop brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, encouraging product adoption and development of the Intranet /Internet/ web and other related applications of corporate website.
• Check and update all relevant social media tools consistently and ensure error free content.
• Validate with the Web Marketing Online team in order to ensure social media tools are kept up to date.
• Update continually social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
• Create account presence in social networking sites and feed content into social applications as needed.
• Follow-up on competitor’s social media initiatives.
• Update status of Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company
• Check effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs for web marketing team.
• Check the audience response through various posts and respond appropriately in order to increase customer engagement.
• Record and deliver to assigned department feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
• Use technology/tools in social media platforms and their respective Participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• Adapt the necessary support for video material for all the Visual Campaigns for the entire website and the TV Commercials for the organization.
• Check and rectify the web site data prototypes in English and Arabic and provide for easy navigation and browser compatibility.
