To lead and supervise the activities and performance of all Shift Team Members, namely: Captains, Bussers, Baristas, and Stewards to ensure that they provide and maintain an exceptional Dinning Experience and a high standard of service for the Clients.
The Job Holder follows up on floor duties related but not limited to:
Floor Set-Up & Cleanliness,
Floor Maintenance Requests,
Shift Closing Tasks,
Shift Opening Tasks,
Performing Serving duties,
On-Duty Staff Briefing,
Reporting Beverage & Non-Food Items Shortages,
Inspecting Dining Area, Resolving & Reporting Customer Complaints,
Assisting the Shift Team in their tasks and Updating needed Administrative Log Books.
