• Calculate and control the quantity of work done.
• Prepare payment certificates.
• Study the contract documents and evaluate its requirements according to the agreement.
• Prepare monthly bills to be submitted to Client with regularly documented quantities, prepare payments for Subcontractors etc.
• Monitor day-to-day quantities executed at site and check against material usage. Report to Engineering Manager on wastage and over usages
