1- Capable to administrate & configure Microsoft Windows server 2003/2008/2012 environments with different roles including Domain controllers, DNS , Active Directory, RRAS…etc.
2- Capable to administrate & configure Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 Servers in term of OWA, OMA, Outlook Over HTTP and mailboxes Archiving.
3- Administrating HP Servers in term of Raiding technology (RAID 1, RAID 5…etc).
4- Creating shared folders for domain users and assigning the proper permisions with regard to the company policy.
5- The ability to administrate and suport the users and quickly respond to any technical support in term of Hardware/Software configuration. The usere are located at the Head office and remote offices.
6- Capable to administrate & configure Cisco Call Manager/Voice gateways and work with Cisco telephony environment.
7- Capable to setup, administrate and Monitor VPN connectivity betwene Head office and remote offices and having the ability to configure Firewall applicances in each location accordingly.
8- Capabale of performing an automated procedures for Servers & users backups on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
9- Capable of dealing with Cisco Webex using the application to setup, control, record and save reguler online meetings.
10- Capable of Tendering, Preparing purchase orders, procurement of Server Room and IT Requirements according to available budget.
11- Capable to Implement a Hardware Inventory & Network documentation including the servers specifications, Roles, Licenses, IP adresses…etc.
