JOB OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE
Ensure that the deliverables for the corporate projects from the different functions / departments are available within the project timelines
1. Project based Function coordination
a) Maintain detailed documentation of project charter, project timelines, project budgets, project progress assessments
b) Coordinate with the different functions to communicate the deliverable required and ensure that the deliverable is obtained within planned timelines and budget
c) Follow up with functions / department units on deliverables
d) Participate in project review meetings with functional managers
e) Monitor and track project deliverable timelines, budget and apprise functional heads and strategic expansion manager of any marked deviations interms of timelines, budget and agreed deliverables
f) Prepare project risk mitigation plan in terms of deliverables, timelines and financial budget
g) Update and maintain Projects Schedules
h) Generate and submit project progress and variances report to management
