Plans and schedules work for routine maintenance, small projects, small expense and capital work; works with Supervisors, Engineers, Process Advisors and Technicians to develop maintenance job scope, job and task sequence, safety, work permit and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) requirements, logistics, tools and craft requirements, non-stock purchase order for materials, estimate the job tasks and transition the job tasks through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - estimating, planning, sourcing, scheduling, executing, completing including work history).
