Social Media Executive / Coordinator - FANTASY WORLD

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:
The Social Media Executive is responsible for the execution of Media Plans under the supervision of the Brand Marketing Manager with regards to media relations, press releases, customer care communications, online websites, campaigns and social media. This includes PR, events, reports and analysis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, Maintain and Distribute approved corporate content to online journalists, bloggers and online media sites and coordinate with agency
- Prepare analysis of online coverage using appropriate evaluation and monitoring tools and measure the impact on the overall marketing efforts.
- Ensure all social media initiatives are aligned with Fantasy world Toys online corporate profile and Corporate Communications guidelines
- Support Fantasy world Toys in optimizing social media activity
- Responsible for being the “Marketing” admin of various social media channels, blogs and websites.
- Create awareness, generate traffic and increase visibility by using the suitable online Marketing mix, providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at youtube/ facebooketc
- Strategize with and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services.
