Job Purpose:
Efficiently assist the management in the day-to-day official work and perform and observe high standards of administrative and secretarial skills in order to fulfill the respective Business Unit objectives.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out the entire administrative and secretarial work required by the respective Business Unit. This includes (a) Coordinating internal and external communications such as self-correspondence, taking dictation, typing, sending and receiving faxes and emails (b) Preparing weekly and monthly reports and presentations (c) Maintaining the entire filing system (d) Taking care of the office stationary.
- Coordinate with the various Departments and Business Units on pending matters.
- Provide functional support to all the management team.
- Work on any special project and carry out any other duties and tasks as assigned by the management.
