PERSONNEL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
• All team members exceeding Guests’ expectations, including walk-in and event traffic
• Uphold the Policies and Procedures at the store level
FINANCIAL AND LABOR RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Assist management team in delivering the company financial objectives
o Be informed of monthly budgets and ensure the team members are fully versed on the target for the day
o Motivate team to exceed daily sales goals
o Provide feedback to General Manager to present at the weekly Sales Driving meetings
MARKETING, BRANDING, AND MERCHANDISING RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Know and understand the demographics of our target Guest and delivering the product they want
• Identify and discuss opportunities to build business and Brand
• Assist the Visual Merchandising Ace in merchandising the store
• Responsible and accountable for the appearance of the store
