- Developing and managing vendor/contractor relationships.
- Executing the supply chain management process including:
- Vendor pre-qualification
- Vendor management
- Preparing proposals (. RFQs, RFPs, etc.)
- Technical / commercial comparison and evaluation
- Negotiating
- Challenging specifications, when appropriate, to leverage market conditions
- Procurement of material
- Transportation and logistics
- Working with Project Team to ensure project objectives of quality, safety, cost and schedule are met.
