1. Sourcing for CVs and filtering them for junior to mid-level candidates
2. Calling candidates and conducting first round of interviews and forward the shortlisted to line Managers for the second interview.
3. Preparing contracts, calling candidates to sign them and collect their documents.
4. Coordinating with different division managers with regardsto recruitment requests, hiring status, approvals and finalizing paper work.
5. Updating and maintaining the interview sheet tracker, Local active tracker and overseas tracker.
6.Co-ordinate and follow up with Admin Dept for the following issues:
• Submit Candidates documents to prepare for their transfer paper
• Submit original passports and documents to transfer the residency.
•Submit old Civil ID’s to Admin and give the new employees their new Civil IDs.
7. Registering new employees finger print into the system.
8. Issue new employees ID cards.
9. Disable the finger print access for employees who resigned / got terminated from the system.
10. Any other projects that might be assigned by Recruitment Specialist.
