• Responsible for cash flow management and projection based on rolling forecasts.
• Budget control and cost center allocation of expenses, reporting and variance analysis
• Profitability analysis through financial management and controlling
• Financial reporting (monthly P&L) and preparation of annual budgets and year-end audits
• Ensure accurate financial and accounting records are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local regulations
• Attend regional meetings with regard to finance reporting and processes, representing the local market.
• Active participation in team management meetings and in change projects and processes.
* Prepare and update the procurement plan for projects and operational supplies and services, from time to time.
• Evaluate, select, monitor and communicate with vendors through assistant.
• Monitor involve in execution of LPOs, orders, work orders, and contracts on a case to case basis and from time to time, as and when the need arises.
• Generation of reports on purchased products and services, spending analysis etc to the management
