Rent, sell property on behalf of the developer. Perform duties, such as assisting the potential clients in the procedure of acquiring home loans if needed, qualifying inbound leads from query to closing.
Job Duties:
• Arrange the sale of villas, flats, Townhouses, Retail space sales and lease on behalf of the developer.
• Lease retail spaces if required.
• Discuss the method of sale, presentation of the property.
• Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.
• Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale.
• Promote sales of properties through mall stands, Events, Exhibitions and walk in sales center.
• Advice & answer clients’ questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Represent the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions.
• Work closely with appointed list of brokers on national and regional level.
Essential Requirements:
• +2 Years of experience in selling and/or leasing properties in DUBAI.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.
