Senior Financial Analyst

To verify accuracy of financial documents related to the department and ensure adherence of the same to Group’s accounting and financial system, supervise receivables, collections, analyse financial information related to the department and prepare financial statements and reports for the same. Contribute towards business process improvement resulting in organization growth.

• Compute/verify staff incentive amounts for eligible personnel across all local shops/outlets.
• Consolidate monthly/ quarter-wise financial information and prepare MIS reports for all s locations; send related information to Financial Accounts.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare related reports based on business and statutory requirements as and when required.
• Compile information and assist in budget preparation and other business planning exercises.
• Prepare and consolidate accounts related to a given unit of auto division.
• Review CAPEX requests and control assets related information and files.
• Responsible for receivable collection for the entire automotive division.
• Supervise the collection effort of bill collectors.
• In case of non receipt of payment from the customers, interact with them and try to resolve with the help of sales team. In case of in ordinate delay escalate the matter to senior level.
• Prepare receivable report of each and every customer and action taken till date for the collection.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of cash at all parts and service locations.
• Review all the accounting documents prepared at Parts and Service before giving them to senior management.
• Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Contribute to the department’s development by providing timely suggestions and feedback.
