TQLS seeks an experienced computer applications instructor to deliver effective IT training at a corporate training centre. The Computer Instructor will assist in the development and delivery of IT training and assessments to client employees. You will be responsible for recording and reporting all course information necessary to the programme management.
Duties
You will:
• Plan, deliver and review structured training sessions to meet course and strategic objectives
• Teach up to 30 contact hours per week to classes of up to 20 trainees
• Supervise and evaluate participants’ performance in assessment and placement tests
• Prepare individual learner and course reports
• Monitor best practices and new developments in the fields of IT training and incorporate these into lessons as appropriate
