Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and the resource requirements
Assist with scoping out requirements by defining the position requirements
Building strong working relationships with business and recruiting managers
Providing sound recruitment advice and expertise
Working closely with the resourcing team to identify suitable candidates and to build talent pools
Carry out short listing and first stage telephone screening of candidates
Providing detailed candidate short lists to Line Managers
Arranging interviews
Providing advice on candidate selection options including ability testing
Ensuring all candidates are communicated with effectively and expectations are managed accordingly
Providing recruitment reports to the business and Recruitment Manager as required
