• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from the system in order to contact them.
• Contact customers by telephone to persuade them purchase extended warranty policies.
• Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customers info and enter sales orders into computers.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to visit prospective customers.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Report sales and activities to management on daily/weekly basis.
• Collect customers’ feedback and create ideas to improve sales.
