Eaton is looking to hire Sales Manager to join our Power Quality business in Kuwait with following accoutabilities:
- Meeting area PQ channel sales budget (responsible for achievement of his Sales revenue target of 5M USD).
- Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and pre-sales assistance.
- Formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase market-share and profitability of products and services.
- Drive launch and adoption of new products and maintain requisite training levels internally and externally.
- Work closely with distributors to set revenue objectives and assist them in their day to day selling activities.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews with channel distributors.
- Monitor distributor inventory to ensure adequate levels of products.
- Maintaining close working relationship with all channel resellers.
- Developing and nurturing a highly motivated channel reseller sales team through adequate incentives and training.
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
- Provide a wide variety of inside sales support functions, including both pricing and technical, for the distributor network.
- Implementing the company's marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image.
- Monitoring channel network development including appointment of new channel resellers according to sales strategy and plans.
- Travel extensively across the area for business development purposes.
- Organise and participate in ICT and Telecom conferences, seminars and trade shows.
- Analyzing the market and providing market intelligence to the management on a regular basis.
- Designing and implementing strategies to counter competition.
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values.
- Manage expense allowances and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Plan promotional efforts, presentations and training sessions with consultants.
- Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by sales management by indicated deadlines.
- Ensure Consultant Libraries are always up to date.
