1. Perform operator duties to include handling incoming & outgoing telephone calls, following up and corresponding with clients.
2. Handle customer care incidents reports and correspond them accordingly with concerned parties. (Team Leader & Country Manager)
3. Daily task report updates, data entry of work related tasks and produce periodic reports on back office applications.
4. Establish, update, and maintain Office files.
