Overview
Reporting to the Sr. Legal Advisor, the incumbent will lead contract reviews and respond to legal enquiries raised by department heads.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Draft legal documents and contracts
2. Review contracts and any other legal documentation in regards to civil and labor laws
3. Monitor and review new and updated laws and regulations and assess impact on business
4. Direct the establishment of legal requirements, policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws
5. Identifies potential legal issues and advises management accordingly
6. Improve standard terms and conditions used in contracts
7. Respond to legal inquiries raised by department heads in a timely manner
