Identify the requirement of additional staff for kitchen/delivery operations.
Monitor & Improve kitchen processes.
Ensure training is given to kitchen operations team on various offerings to enable them to effectively execute offering preparation in a timely manner.
Ensure that inventory is optimum to meet projected revenues, historical restaurant sales, and business objectives and initiate corrective action in remedying of the variance.
Provide creative input in the development of innovative current and future restaurant offerings, in liaison with General Manager Haya AlBader.
