Electrical Engineer - Boubyan plastic Industries Co.

 Electrical/ Electronic Engineering graduate.

 Minimum of 5-6 years experience in industrial plants maintenance.

 Applicants with previous experience in plastic extrusion machinery maintenance will be given preference.

 Knowledge and experience in diagnosing break downs of plant machinery including mechanical, Electrical, Electronic break downs.

 Ability to guide and lead his team in daily maintenance activities including break downs & preventive jobs.

 Experience in pneumatic / hydraulic system, PLC controls, DC motors, AC motor, motor drives.

 Ability to follow up the maintenance of plant auxiliary equipments such as air compressor, chillers, diesel generator and fork lifters.

 Ability to follow up the condition of the fire system including checking the fire alarm actuators, smoke fighting & heat detectors, fire hydrant system and sprinkler system.

 Reporting to the plant management of monthly break downs and status of preventive maintenance schedule.

 Sets preventive maintenance programs as described by the machine suppliers and ensure that the technician are executing the program in coordination with the production department.
