-Issuing tickets and handling fare queries As well as reissuing of tickets and revalidation of tickets.
-Handling operation team to work smoothly on difficult situation. Operations team handling queries related to fares, fare loading, booking related to other GDS or direct with airline.
- updating on server on day to day basis, advising staff of last date issue tickets.
- Well versed with . Galileo, Saber, Amadeus and can work on any GDS.
- Able to handle International Reservation with multiple Airlines and multiple destinations.
- Responsible for issuance of tickets with correct fare and with correct fare rules and regulation as per airline contracts to avoid airline debit note.
- Coordinating with Airline to get respective airline contract.
Responsible to issue booking on lower fare to get more margin to company.
