Loyalty Account Executive – at Kuwait - Procco Financial Services (PROCCO)

To sign up small & medium size loyalty clients and thoroughly manage all associated operations including program management, technical support & maintaining relationships with respective clients as well as invoicing and payments. Loyalty consists of but is not limited to Loyalty Programs, Gift card Programs and Pre Paid Cards.

• Generate leads and sign up new partners for both payment and loyalty for Instalment Card Programs, Loyalty Programs, Gift Card Programs and Pre Paid Cards.
• Identify potential clients, arrange meetings and sign up merchants.
• Manage all associated operations including program management, execution, implementation and POS support.
• Maintain good relationships with respective clients.
• Manage the monthly invoicing and payment collections.
• Answer and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Support the merchant in any way to ensure their programs are running smoothly and effectively.
• Arrange card orders for all installment and/or loyalty programs.
• Train and support the merchant staff as required for each program.
• Prepare documents such as proposals, presentations, business requirement document (BRD), technical requirement document, feasibility report, user guides, deployment/training forms, etc.
• Create the Business requirements Documents for each new program.
• Maintain POS device is always working and in good served condition included the latest software.
• Support the business in any way as requested to ensure its effective operation.
• Interact with the clients and Technical Team to pass on the exact client's requirements to the software developers.
• Weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management on potential leads and revenue.
